How can you reacquire a license if it's unavailable to be clicked on?

This problem has been going on since I added a 2GB memory card to my mp3 player. Ok, whenever I try to transfer one of my songs to my player my Yahoo! Jukebox shows a transfer error that says I have to relicense the track. Now the problem is whenever I right-click to reacquire it, the option to do so is not available. What should I do?
