  1. You definitly can do it. Here is the one that I use. I don't have a cell phone but my girlfriend has one on the verizon network.

I simply go to www.vtext.com and send her the message. In the "call back number" spot I put my landline number. Simple and free (for me anyway since there is no sending fee.)

  2. You cant. Its the same as trying to fax your shoe...

  3. Maybe they sent you a text from online...you can put whatever number you want in it

  4. If I'm not mistaken, I believe there are websites that you can send text messages from and if it asks for you to put in a sender's phone number, they could put a land line phone number. Only logically answer I guess.

  5. I don't think you can send a text to phones with words they can see.  Although I do know that some cell phone companies will change the text that was sent to the land line to an audio message.  I had a friend that sent a text from her cell phone to my land line phone..and it came thru as an audio message.

  6. Mmm... i don't think thats possible.

  7. If you are in Australia it is a standard service on all fixed services that have SMS capability.  If you receive a text message on your fixed phone you receive it as a talking text. I use it myself and friends have text me on my fixed number.

  8. just send it to the landline phone number

  9. There are websites where you can enter any number that you want.

  10. You can't.
