How can you recruit men to sing in church?

We have men that can sing but they don't serve in that capacity. Any suggestion on how to pull them in?

Hold auditions on the weekend until you find the right men. Dont be too picky though just be open to everyone and narrow it down to the number of guys you need. Post a flyer around town and in your local newspaper say that you will be holding auditions for guys for your church on such and such time date place and leave a name and phone number as well. Men have talent they just dont really show it.

You need to barrage them with flattery. Get other choir members to mention to them from time to time in a natural way, that the gentleman seems to have a gift from God in that area and should be using it for the kingdom.
