How can you reduce impact on your knees when running?

I run all the time, sometimes on a treadmill, other times on a track or the street.

It can be alot for you knees to take. Other than good shoes, what can you do?

  1. good shoes, shock-absorbing insoles, and running on grass would be my top 3. stay of concrete or asphalt when possible.


  2. Good shoes is the best but, if you have the opportunity, run on grass. It is the best.
