How can you remove a previously viewed site from the address bar?

Someone gained access to my Photobucket account (even though I logged out before exiting) by clicking the address bar up top & scrolling down to the address. I had private photos & things i didn't want anyone to see. i am pissed. How can i remove the addresses of previously viewed sites/pages? How was he able to do this if i was logged out of the account?

You need to clear or disable Auto Complete. This saves all previous searches in your search bar. Here's how to fix the problem:

For Internet Explorer: Click on Tools. Then Internet Options. Click on Content and then Auto Complete. Then click on Clear Forms. This will erase your search history. If you don't want things showing up again in your search history then deselect the Auto Complete options at the top. Be sure to select apply or ok at the bottom.

just right click your internet explorer (or whatever one you have) desktop icon and click on properties (or something similar). Then press delete history.

Go to tools. Click on Clear Private Data. Check what you want removed from your history and leave unchecked what you want to keep. Click Clear Private data. Presto. Done.

You probably saved the photos in my documents or my pictures or possibly maybe even desk top. Anyone can go into those files unless you put some kind of security on them.
