How can you remove old emulsion from brickwork

Paint on graffiti remover let it work and then jet wash.

paint thinner??? white spirits??? (and a jet washer won't damage bricks how powerful do u honestly think it is? bricks have a strength of up to 35N/mm and a power washer isn't that strong)

Wire brush might help, or a jet wash.

Try a High Pressure washer but be careful as it can damage the bricks.

Try using a little bit of Diesel, that should do the trick.

You can not remove it. Emulsion is water based, bricks are porous.
