Don't know what the recipe is but if you consider the character of maraschino cherry juice it is sweet, red and has a faint taste of almonds.  So you could probably use apple juice with a small drop of almond extract.  If you think the recipe needs the red color it would get from cherry juice add a drop of red food coloring.  Good luck.

If you have any Grenadine, you could use that.  It's more concentrated than maraschino cherry juice though.  You could water down 1 tbsp of Grenadine with water and that should do the trick.

Maraschino cherry juice usually has almond extract in it. Try using a few drops of almond extract, if you have it, plus 2 teaspoons of water.
