How can you replace the Crosman Pulse R71 battery?

Question

As some of you have probably seen from my other questions, I have a messed up battery for my airsoft gun. I just wanted to know how you can replace it. Since it is unique only to Wal-Mart, I cannot find it's battery anywhere else, not even on Crosman's website. So, is it possible to replace the battery without buying a new gun? Would calling Crosman provide me with better results or what? If you have any leads, I would greatly appreciate them.

ive seen people hot wire other batteries into the gun successfully. I plan on doing exactly such when I get the chance

HA! I found it! You have to call the tollfree crosman hotline and ask for one. They're about $9.00 with shipping.

We have the same problem did any of you find a replacement yet?  Are how to fix it?

I am in the same boat as you....fried the battery by using the wrong charger and I can't find a replacement anywhere.

i looked everywhere but i dont think u can replace it
