If a person is choosing to block their calls, you can't reveal it.

You can't .  But if you ever get a strange call from a number which shows up on your Caller ID, go to www.800notes.com (not my website) and it will show you who is calling you.  I love to check them out.  Mostly telephone solicitors, of course. /

Is it showing blocked or unknown on caller id ??? if so call your phone provider and see if they offer anonymous call rejection that means people cannot call you with blocked or unknown numbers and if they still want to call they will get a message that says to enter a code to reveal their number if they still want to call you bad enough they will reveal their number. There will be a cost for this calling feature though so call you provider asap!
