  1. I think you just have to train harder. Start either by going jogging outside of home, or hit the gyms. Run at a comfortable speed, then vary the speeds by increasing it, then maybe running for 5mins before slowing down a little. Do that for a length of time and you will realise you will be able to run faster and longer! try to synchronise yr breathing with your strides too. hope this helps and good lck with your runs
