  1. 我可以用你(移動)电话吗?

"May I use your cell phone?"

It sounds like "Wo ke yi yong ni (yi dong) dian hua ma?" (Sorry, I don't know the accent marks or the numbers.)

    我可以借你(移動)电话吗?

"May I borrow your cell phone?"

"Wo ke yi jie ni (yi dong) dian hua ma?"

Note: If you use the words in the quotation marks, it refers to a mobile phone. If not, it can also refer to a regular phone.

Also, if you want to sound more polite, use "請" (qing, or "ching") at the beginning of your sentence.

  2. Excuse me. May I borrow your mobile phone for a moment?

    In Mandarin:

    不好意思,我可不可以借用一下你的手机?

    bu4 hao3 yi4 si4, wo3 ke3 bu4 ke2 yi3 jie4 yong4 yi2 xia4 ni3 de4 shou3 ji1?
