If you are talking about the groups YOU are a member of, you can see them at http://groups.yahoo.com/mygroups

In some cases if you join a group you may have access to the membership list but in many other cases the membership list is only available to the owner and moderators.  That is to prevent members from being spammed.

generally, you cant see other groups a member(s) is also in. Yahoo does not have this feature. sorry.
