  1. Click "File>Send to>Fax Service" (or Fax modem).  you have to have either a fax modem using a land line and some kind of fax software on your machine, or you need an account with an internet fax service that will take your word doc and fax it to whoever you want.

  3. I'm assuming you mean send it to your own fax machine to be faxed.  Under Windows XP and Word 2002 (XP), I'd do this:

    1. Press CTRL/P or click the File->Print menu item.

    2. Open the Name list box and select a fax machine.

  4. I assume you mean you don't have a fax.

    Vista Business, Vista Ultimate, XP have built-in software.

    Otherwise you need to get some fax software or use a service like efax.

    Or you could ask if they'll accept a pdf in an email, and get cutepdf or something like it to create the file.
