Through his own publishing house website "Perceval Press".  It is a small publishing house and only publishes democratic viewpoints and family memebers' and ex-lovers' "art", if you can call it that.  It also publishes Viggos' own "art" --- again, if you can call it that.  Don't expect an answer though unless you are gushing with enthusiasm for his one-sided political viewpoints.  It is like him sending an email to George W. Bush.  You will be ignored and shut out.
