Question:

How can you slim down muscular calves?

I have always had muscular calves (and no I do not have cankles) but lately I made the mistake of doing about 45 minutes a day on the eliptical making my calves even larger, at least in my opinion. I switched to running recently thinking that would help, and although they seem to have stopped growing. I was hoping the running would elongate the muscles, but it hasn't seemed to help. Any suggestions?

  1. Try doing stretches to slim them down, and don't do anything to make them bigger....

  2. swim it doesnt work ur calves and if ur looking for a great cardio exercise it's like 2-3x effective as running cuz it's like whole body workout it's great i think it's so much better than running too! but when i say swim it's like swimming laps otherwise stop running to make ur calf muscle reduce

  3. try not working out ur legs as much as you have been
