How can you start a online magazine?

i realy realy want so start an online magazine but i have no idea how to do that. can anyone give me some good tips??

you need to get hosted and a domain. if this is your first site I would suggest a free one. make sure you have enough content. you should search webzine or online magazines to see an example of what pthers look like. you need a good layout, and make it look pretty, but what it says is more improtant. you should be unique, if you want people to remember your site. pictures are good too. update your site frequently if you want people to come back. if your site gets more popular you can switch to a beeter hoting site and a domain thats just yours like if its free it would be something like: mywebzine.freewebs.com if you pay it  will be more professional, like mywebzine.com Remember to have a good site you will need to know HTML.
