  1. The less time you eat, the less you will crave it.


  2. This is something that has really worked for me. Eat healthy as much as you can which will make you feel great. But everyone does have those cravings for junk food so when you do only by a little like one bag of the small snack sized chips. After you eat that you'll realize that that was all you needed to tie you over. Also try to avoid eating junk food when your watching TV cause when you you do you tend to eat A LOT more!

  3. you just need to train yourself and resist tempations. of course remembering there is nothing wrong with occasionally have an indulgence and treating yourself. dont be too hard on yourself basically. also you just need to find healthy yummy meals that you enjoy. if you like the healthy foods then you should be happy to eat them :] good luck x

  4. Yes you can, I have =]. The trick is to simply get through the first few weeks, and be very cautious when you feel as if your shifting away.

    You'll notice that after a while you won't even be graving all the junk food, in fact you'll feel disgusted by junk food. The only hard part is the first few weeks, and after that its all good ;).
