How can you stop from getting cramps when you are running?

  1. hydrating well, eating well


  2. Your muscles cramp because they are not getting enough oxygen. Staying hydrated and training will help,but  it's about the only thing you can do.

  3. Drink water...

    If you still get cramps when running still you have to run through it and it will go away

    Hold our side if that helps

  4. Staying hydrated and consuming potassium.  Bananas are a good source of potassium, or get a supplement.
