How can you stop someone who continuously speeds down your road?

Speed bumps. Put a whole bunch really close together.

Put a cone in the middle of the road. That's the same thing when u have children on the street. The cone makes them slow down. Please pick me as best answer.

Just call the police and tell them about what time he does it every day and they will get him.

Make a complaint against them if you have their license plate number.  Then get someone else to make a complaint against them, good to have dates and times too.  If you know they sped down your road at a certain time then make false complaints about them use your imagination.  One complaint does nothing but a few of them does.

i don't know, i have the same problem with some of my neighbors, & they make me really nervous, especially if for some reason my dog would run out in the road.

Nah, just don't try and confront him face to face-- usually @$$holes like that will never listen, and they can get violent

Just call the police, have them send out a car to catch him next time, or see if you can get speed bumps set up :)
