welll im assuming ur talking about yu-gi-oh card game.......well i got ur answer but ill do it in a scenerio

Bob uses mirror force

Shawn uses Seven tools of the bandit (pay 1000 LP to negate the effect of a trap)

Bob uses trap jammer (during the battle phase u cn negate the activation of a trap card and destroy it)

so in other words the only way to destroy another spell and trap tht destroys spells and traps is with a COUNTER TRAP CARD try tht hope it helps
