How can you study at Harvard Medical school if you are not American and graduated in Asian country?

i am from Vietnam but I really want to learn in Harvard Medical school. I want to know the qualification that I must have and the way to register to study at Harvard Medical school.

Even if you completed all the necessary requirements, if it's in a foreign college, no.

Apparently, applicants have to have atleast a year of coursework in the US.
