and not letting him fall for you? are Lebanese guys any different? do you need to act in a certain way with them so that they don't misunderstand your friendship as an invitation to a relation!?

whats worse is when a girl doesnt get a hint she is only a guy's friend and gets all over him and whatever and wont stop until he is forced to hurt her and stop talkin to her so she can get it

just be real with him and tell him straight up you are not interested in him in that way. and i guess certain things should not be done, if u call a guy everyday...that makes it seem u are into him, if u are all over him constantly, that too, and etc etc..

u gotta be careful with that junk and draw boundaries

do it soon so that you dont leave him hanging or getting his hopes up. just tell him straight but also do it gently so he doesnt feel hurt. if hes a good friend then he'll be ok about it and move on. but he might wanna bit of space first.

Put it clearly from the beginning Dont be afraid to hurt anyone bcoz still is early fo feel hurted.

I think that has to be understood by anyone..

But say it when starting the friendship....not when is too late and the guy have gotten faulse expectations.

Many Lebanese men do not understand the concept of having a female friend. I dated a Lebanese man and when we would go into Arabic town, he was always near me. He told me that he was suppose to protect me because Lebanese men see American women as easy. He said if I was a Lebanese woman I wouldn't have as much to worry about because they normally have brothers and the brothers would kill someone for behaving badly with their sister. ( he wasn't kidding either.. he means they would go out and kill a guy who mistreated their sister) The cultural differences are huge. You can just tell him that you want to be only friends but if he can't accept that, you might have to break off the relationship all together as he may be one that can not understand the concept of female friends.

ahhh tell me about it !!! I've been there a million times !! Once u spread an extra smile, they take it as a "sign" whether u have a ring on ur finger or whether ur with sm1 else !! Sometimes u just have to pull the rope before somebody gets hurt !

Be obvious about your friendship, make sure he gets all the hints, like tell him about someone you like or be non touchy, if he don't get the hint be straight up and say you're only interested in friendship.

Haha I'm sorry but Lebanese guys are probably the exact same as any other type of people. Just sit him down and say that you value him but only as a friend. Let him know that you guys are only friends and that you don't want anything more. Make sure not to lead him on though either.

You have to be very straight forward! Lay down the "law" from the beginning before he gets any ideas in his head...

The thing is, most lebanese guys can't handle just being friends with a girl....there's always this little voice inside their heads that wonders..and they're very persistent

A lot of girls I've met are like that as well mind you....
