How can you tell if a Baskin Robbins is hiring ?

I checked the site but I didnt find where you find whether a particular location is hiring or not.

3- get an application either way

4- fill out the application

5- submit the application

6- call 3-4 days later to follow up

if they want to hire YOU, they'll hire you, "hiring" or not. Some places say they're not hiring, then read the application and go like... "I bet this guy could make a mean sundae lets hire him up" so they'll do that..

When I want to see if a place is hiring I just walk in, and ask for the manager and ask if they're hiring or not. Don't be nervous, and if you see them in person it's a better chance you'll get hired :D than just applying online.

And if they are hiring, make sure you are at the age requirement and ask for an application.

what ever you do DONT CALL THEM! even if they do have vacancies just calling them shows little initiative and the chances are they will not hire you!

i work in fast food and anyone who comes in who looks bad gets their cv thrown strait in the rubbish bin! this is common practice for most jobs, i have had employers tell me to just throw cvs away or tell people there is no spare jobs if i think they look bad or i wouldent want to work with them!

the best thing you can do is go down to your local Baskin Robbins, dress up smart but casual, go in and politly but confidently ask to speak to the manager and SMILE!!! :D give them a firm handshake and tell them you would like to apply for a position. dont even bother asking if there are any spare jobs! if you show them that you could be the right candidate then they will give you a job regardless!
