  1. To make sure it's secure, always look for either https:// at the beginning of the URL. The 's' means secure. Also, look underneath the bottom arrow of your side scroll bar for a padlock. That also signifies that the site is secure. I just made a fake order, and I looked for both the 's' and the padlock. Although the 's' is present in the URL, the padlock was crossed out. I rolled my mouse over it, and it says "Warning: contains unauthenticated content." I'd advise you not to use it.

  2. Although a main site may begin with http, you should never enter credit card, checking account, or other financial information unless that checkout site begins with https (the 's' is important).  While that may not guaranty anything, at least the domain has a certificate from a trusted 3rd party and the information is sent encrypted (http forms are transmitted as plain text).

Don't believe icons that say the site is trusted, look for https in the URL and your browser will usually indicate a locked padlock (a secure site) before entering any financial info.

  3. The safest way to go is with sites that use paypal.

  4. I wouldn't trust it..if you are looking for dvd movies try

    deepdiscountdvd.com

I've personally ordered from them a bunch of times and never had a problem
