  1. Your mouth. You need to have proper oral hygiene. Let me give you some advice.

Brush your teeth twice a day, brush in angled circular motion and make sure your pressure on your teeth isnt so hard while you brush or else it can cause gum recession.. use a soft bristle brush only! floss at least once a day, flossing is important to it cleans out the yucky stuff and also prevents having cavities interproximally!

Brush your tongue! VERY important. Brush up and down on the dorsal. ALSO brush your tongue in a scooping motion, start from the back and brush to the front of your tongue, rinse brush and spit, and repeat! that should help especially if you have Halitosis.

    Best wishes!

  2. It depends on the type of food or drink, if it's something sugary then it's probably letting bacteria grow in your mouth that cause an unpleasant smell, so just brushing, flossing, maybe some mouth wash should work. Other foods, and drinks like: garlic, onions, and beer, are absorbed into the blood and are vaporised in the lungs, and for those there is nothing that can be done other than masking the smell with gum or something.

  3. normally you can kinda feel where it's coming from.  Like for example if when you breath you have a taste that comes from the breath, you know its from your stomach. If you eat and it kinda goes away, its from your stomach. If you tend to get white stuff on your tongue, then that may be the cause. Make sure you brush your tongue along with your teeth...if the smell doesnt go away, most likely its from your stomach because breath from your mouth is caused by bacteria and plaque build up so if you brush it away, it should go away.
