  1. clear liquid comes out and if your still not sure cut thru the  middle of the biggest breast

  2. According to the USDA Food Inspection Service, a thermometer inserted in safely cooked chicken is supposed to read 165 degrees.

  3. When chicken is cooked through, it is less flexible than when it is still uncooked in the center.  If you move it with a spatula, the whole piece will move when it is cooked.  If the center is undone, the piece will be flexible.  And yah, 35 to 45 minutes should be enough to cook it.

  4. the very center is white and not clear or watery.

make sure you cook your chicken thoroughly, unlike steak, chicken is prone to salmonella disease when undercooked

  5. An hour is enough time for a bone in breast....actually probably a little to long to cook them...a boneless breast needs only 30 mins at 350.

  6. it should be white inside, not pink.

  7. the liquid runs clear and its white
