How can you tell if glucose has been produced in photosynthesis?

boil the plant in methalated spirits(mixing)

then when the plant goes very pale put a few drops of iodine on it

if it goes black it contains glucose

when the plant releases water it is because the water is a byproduct of photsynthesis

wait a few weeks, if the plant is still living, then it was glucose =)
