How can you tell if it's just normal back pain or preterm labor?

Is it your first? or second? in your second your back pain in more common how far along are you? when you get around 32 weeks or so your back hurts more and more becuase your baby is getting bigger and smashing all your insides. pertern labor and contractions are very painfull. Your stomach will get hard and the pain will start in your back and move around front. I would call your dr if you are worried that would be your best bet good luck
