How can you tell if someone is faking being drunk?

I really think my friend fakes it, as some people do.. Are there any ways to tell besides just bad acting?

get her on the phone with her parents.. if she instantly perks up and is talking to them normally then right when she gets off the phone she's really "wasted" again.. then shes faking it

watch the way they walk.. if they stumble then they are.. if not then they are faking it.

UT HER BEHIND THE WHEEL OF A CAR AND SEE IF SHE WILL ACTUALLY DRIVE,

ONE OF MY FRIENDS GETS "TIPSY" OR SO SHE SAYS BUT DRIVES COMPLETELY STRAIGHT.....

TELL HER THE COPS ARE OUTSIDE TESTING PEOPLE FOR ALCOHOL CONTENT, SEE HOW SHE REACTS.

Some people keep their composure when they get drunk and some don't. It is very hard to see if someone is drunk by the way they act. If you are that serious about being sure she/he is a legit drunk, buy a Breathalyzer. You can buy a Breathalyzer for about 30 bucks! Or the free method is to just watch everything that she/he drinks.

If their eyes look focused, then they are probably not drunk. Try talking to them and look them in the eye. If they look back at you and look normal (i.e. both eyes are pointing in the same direction) then they probably aren't drunk. Also, in my experience, drunk people tend to have very short attention spans and make a lot of innuendo.
