How can you tell if someone is having a heart attack if they?

cannot communicate the symptoms they are having to you. If they were aphasic? I know someone who was having a heart attack and it wasn't until I heard the gurgling and then they stopped breathing. What is this happens again? They are in the hospital and it seems no brain damage was done. They are off the ventilator too.
