Question:

How can you tell if you're addicted to milk?

I go through a gallon or more a week of milk. And lately I seem to be wanting it more and more. I fight it because I want it to last longer but there are times that I'm really craving milk. I asked about getting a pet cow but was told that I couldn't. Just wondering if it's normal to be drinking this much milk, or if I should seek help. Do know one thing though it tends to improve my mood the more I drink.

  1. Addictions to food can happen, yeahh - http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/12934360/

but milk is pretty good for you, gets you stronger ;)  a gallon a week isnt thatt bad.

If you start doing ridiculous things just to get your hand on milk, and it gets out of control, probably seek some sort of help, yeah.

  2. A gallon a week?  Nope, a gallon a day is an addiction.  Your bones are just craving it, so give it to them.

  3. Its normal, some times people just gets bored of things and want a change of style : )

  4. Drinking milk is so healthy! I don't think it's possible to get addicted, but even if you are, be proud of it and keep drinking a lot of milk, because most people don't drink enough milk and end up with osteoporosis when they are older. Drink up!

  5. i love milk, i think it makes me happier.

it isn't bad for you, it is good for your bones and i think eyes also.

I drink a lot of milk also, as long as you feel fine, no stomach aches, colds, or anything, then ur good.

  6. there is no way you are serious.  if you are i really don't think rehab will take u

  7. Because you asked about getting a pet cow I can only assume you are very young...

But since you are young, craving milk can be a good thing.  It's very nutritious and contains lots of vitamins and protein which a growing body needs.  I think cravings are the body's way of telling the mind what you need to eat.  Milk really isn't that expensive so just drink up!
