How can you tell if you're loosing weight?

My side's been hurting since wednesday and i have no idea why i don't know if it's because i have gym and i'm running alot faster or what. or because i'm walking alot faster too

  1. I think that could be because of your physical activity.

    Now, you might be losing weight, but it's probably because you're using those muscles a lot and gaining more muscle maybe?

    I think when you first lose weight, it doesn't really show.

    You could weigh yourself every morning before you go to the bathroom.

    I think it usually takes a few months doing your exercise program for your body to actually know that you're trying to lose weight. It also depends on if you're dieting.  


  2. measure yourself around the hips waist and neck thats the best way to tell. the scale isnt always right.  

  3. i don't really see the connection between the question and the text below, but here goes: you can weigh yourself or, even better, measure your waist, hips and other places that are of interest to you.

    as far as the pain goes, it must be that you exercised too much. try to slow down for a few days and increase the intensity of your workout gradually.
