How can you tell if you are pregnant before you have your period?

my sister has been feeling really tired lately and she has been eating like a pig. she has been feeling light headed and sometimes dizzy as well. she been drinking water so that can't be the cause of the dizziness or her to be light headed. her blood pressure has been been normal to. she has been having some abdomen pain as well with low back pain. the abdomen pain don't feel like cramps it's like a faint pain . it's hard to say. can someone help her with this?
