(Was my dog LEAKING ?)

And my dog has been barking at things lately...

  1. um set a trap.....?

  2. it sounds like you have Rats in your house, dogs know to bark at unwanted rodoent, have you found holes lately?

  3. You may have a rat, or more.  One way to find out:

Empty all the drawers and cupboards in your kitchen.  Move your fridge away from the wall.  Look under the sink.  If you find droppings anywhere, you have a rat problem.

  4. It sounds like you have rats get a cat that will take care of that!!

  5. if theres little pieces of s*h*i*t all over the place, you probably have rats. You should get a cat. That's the best solution!

    Kill 'em dead!

  6. Buy traps - the kind that trap the rat/mouse inside, not the ones that kill the thing. And don't get poison since you have a dog; besides you don't want the rodent to die somewhere hidden and then start stinking. Cats won't do a thing, trust me. Good luck.

  7. all your cheese goes missing

  8. rat droppings are black, not brown. They sort of look like black jelly beans shapes. They also are sort of hard and if you dropped them on the floor, it would make a sound like a pebble and does not break on impact. rats are slimey, check along your baseboards for greasy trails, they travel pretty much via of hugging walls,I believe they don't see very well and that is why they travel against walls.Put some rubber gloves and check for hairs. Pull out your appliances and check behind them for holes in the walls or other droppings, your washing machine also is another way in via the lint hose, check the hose for any opennings, if affordable, call in a pest control co. and save that dropping or if you already threw it away, next time just put it in a jar and let the exterminator look at it, he'll know what kind of dropping it is. Personally, I don't think it's from rats. I had alot of rats when I lived near the water in brooklyn and from what you described, sounds like another pest. Just for facts, did you know rats reproduce every 28 days? If your dog is barking at things lately, point that out to the pest control agent also. The hairs you find can also be diagnosed. Please call in a proffesional as soon as possible, as any pests in homes can quickly get out of control. good luck.
