There are different types of worm, Round worm, Thread worm, Tape worm, Hook worm etc. Pin worm is a type of Round worm and are common. When you have Pin worm(small and short) you may have that itchy sensation around the a**s at night 'cause they came down near the a**s to lay eggs at night. Round worm may pass down with faeces from time to time. After having roundworm you may have allergic reactions on your skin, you may have asthma or shortness of breath(dyspnoea) the worm change its form in the lungs, diarrhoea is not uncommon you may even have fever. Many a time they remain undiagnosed and stays inside as a parasite. Prolong worm infestation leads to anaemia and malnutrition. Some worm enters your body as eggs or cyst and flows in the blood and lungs to complete the cycle and finally rest in the intestine. Some enters through cuts and wounds. Some of them stays beneath your skin and even rarer some of them are also found in the brain.
