Many with tapeworms have ravenous appetite, but gain no weight, and may actually lose weight.  You may have a general feeling of weakness and fatigue, and may notice some things that look like "rice " in your bowel movements.  Many years ago, a company was selling diet pills, and they actually worked.  But it turned out, the capsules contained eggs of tapeworms.  Of course charges were brought against the company and all the pills were recalled and the public made aware of it.  If you suspect you have tapeworms, you must see your doctor for medications....
