How can you tell if your breath stinks?

Well...My seatmate has the STINKIEST breath ever!!! :))...and well I can hardly breathe when she talks to me...but then she seems oblivious to this :))

Then realization dawned on to me....does my breath stink like this too? What if my breath stinks just as bad ( Even if i KNOW that this ISNT possible since hers can kill :)) ) I brush my teeth regularly...once before going to school, once after lunch ( sometimes, depending on my location) and once at night!

How do you tell if your breath stinks?

i usually just l**k the inside of my (clean) wrist and wait for it to dry before sniffing. At first I found it a bit gross, but it's this or being continuously nervous about my breath.

I don't know if it'll work for you, but just give it a try.

You l**k the palm of your hand and wait for it to dry. then smell it.

I always have bad breathe in the morning. How about always to keep gum and breath spray with you or something like that.

put your top over your nose and mouth and breathe out of your mouth your top should stop the gas coming out of your mouth long enough for you to smell it. works for me

You're just going to have to break down and ask somebody. Ask someone who doesn't like you. They'll tell you the truth.

You can have some gum & offer her some. She may take the hint. She may very well brush her teeth but sometimes if you eat a lot of garlic or othe spice, the smell can stick with you for days!!

Cup your hands over your mouth, and, don't blow out, but breathe out. Quickly sniff and you should get your answer.
