How can you tell if your car is being tracked with an rfid tag? How do you find and remove the rfid tag?

Get an RFID detector. They are only activated and powered by radio waves a few feet away. You simply find where the signal is strongest. Removing might be a pain though, because although they may only be functional within a few feet, they are rice-grain sized or even smaller.
