  1. you cant, you always need to keep a litter box around, or for some strange reason you can try to potty train it! lol

  2. Well, if you are asking about this and its an outdoor cat, it will most likely meow scratch at the door, or just run towards it if you get anywhere near the door, if its an indoor cat, then it will just go to the bathroom.....

  3. Well - the other answers are the obvious of the act itself however I have watched my cat many times go from spot to spot scratching and seeming to find the right spot to scratch a little hole in the ground to relieve herself in she will circle the hole I am assuming to check the depth of it and then - well ..... she begins! Most indoor cats look for a spot that is out of sight or just out of sight they seem to feel the need to search a quiet and private spot to do their business in as we do. One other thing if you see your cat roaming and then go off into another room then it might just be looking for somewhere to go.

  4. If your cat circles around and is looking for a litter box.

  5. when he needs to go he will go to the litter box

  6. they go to the litterbox and use it.

  7. You can usually tell if they have to p**p if you look at their butt and you notice their a**s is redder and slightly swollen.  Gross, I know, but it's true.

And of course if you see your cat digging anywhere, that's pretty much a surefire way to know they gotta go.

  8. he goes into the bathroom.

If the question you really want to ask is "how do I know if my cat needs to relieve itself", the answer is that he looks for a place to do it, and then he does it.
