If you meant "lying" to you, there are some indications you can look for. Do they refuse to look you in the eye when they speak? Do they avoid looking at you when you are talking to them? Do they try to change the subject if you confront them about the Lie? Do they seem more nervous than usual? Have they contradicted themselves by changing their story? Have they lied to you before?  If you are paranoid about this, could it be jealousy? If this person is in a relationship with you, you need to have trust. Without trust, or if you are jealous, then this person is not for you.

if u mean lying...well, the best way to judge whether a person is lying will be to closely see his/her body language. often when a person lies, he may be able to alter his tone to sound genuine but body language cant be changed so easily.

the trick is to notice signs of lying like not looking in the eyes (ie not making eye contact), fiddling with objects, blabbering or talking unnecessarily etc.

apart from this our natural instincts are also a powerful tool. when we feel that the person is lying although for no apparent reason, it is often found that our instincts were right.

n the most important is our mind. always ask yourself- does this seem logical? answers to why, what, how, when, where should be rational.
