How can you tell the differance between the voice of a spirit & your own thoughts?

333...Hay! Why should I need spirits to answer my questions when I've got YAHOO people??!! LOL...And I get SO MANY spirits on here (oops..I mean people!! lol And you even tell me your names!!! Thanks, "spirit guides"!! lol (Please don't mislead me!)

it is a different voice.  It is hard to explain the actual sound.  It almost sounds like someone is talking to you in a barrel.

Well, if you're off your meds, then the tone of the spirit voice would be different than your own thought voice.  You should, obviously, hear the difference.  If this makes sense, get back on your medication.

i cant but i really want to.. i just cant tell my intuition and my thought apart. very often.. something tells me to do something.. i dont do it because i think its my thoughts .. and later i find out i should have done and that it is my intuition..

the last time something like this happened was on tuesday.. i was at school and one of my closest friends was very quiet ... something told me to go see if she is ok.. i didnt thinking that i would be disurbing her,, then someone heard her crying.. she went stiff.. she has a very low blood pressure.. we had to send her to the hospital.. she couldnt feel anything but her chestpains..

if i had listened to my intuition we could have gotten her to the hospital earlier.

I don't believe it's something everyone can do.  

Same as on a different question you asked a few days ago about telling the thoughts someone puts into your head from those of your own.

You're a smart lady, Deenie.  There's a lot of advice and info you can get on YQA from people who are convinced they know what they're talking about, but diametrically opposed to one another.

The fact there's so much mutually exclusive truthing flying around it's usually a good idea to practice caution, rather than the alternative.  Assuming you believe it's worth being cautious about.

I think they are able to communicate in some way to the living, because often, like you said in relation to children, there is information gained by individuals which the individual could not have otherwise known.

I'm not sure how what you're asking would work, but I think that I see what you're getting at. I think that it'd be different, because you can tell which thoughts are your own and you know when you are thinking them.

I don't know if by listening or paying attention to your thoughts that you could tell. However, a spirit should be able to tell you something that you do not already know.

Of course that has been the problem with survival research, how to tell the difference between spirit communication and the person getting information via ESP. There is no good way to tell the difference between the two,

However, I would start with information that you don't know as the first part of the test.

Many people have many different thoughts in different environments and situations. You are many people depending on where you are and who you are interacting with, so thoughts being different just seems normal to me.

It can be confusing in the beginning..wondering if they are your thoughts or thoughts that have been telepathically passed to you from the higher realm..(spirit guides).. and the best way to understand this connection, would be with asking questions that you have no idea of... But dont sit there and ponder if its this way or that way (start guessing) dont do that....just ask something, and leave your mind free, stop wondering what the truth is...and it will come to you telepathically...when that happens..you will then know you have been answered....Just like i had recieved alot of my answers...the truth set me free......

It's a different feeling you have I think.  Like it's their thoughts and not your own.  Like someone really talking to you.  Hope I am making sense.  Forget what the first guy said.  I believe spirits do talk to us.  And I am not crazy.

If you can hear the voice of a spirit talking to you then you should feel their presence as well.   You should feel a wisp of air flowing near you & the hair on your neck will stand up.  Spirits have a strong presence.

Actually you really cannot but, Spirits communicate not with words but via thought projection. Our body is based on atoms which is based on energy. This energy appears to flow like that of lightning or plasma through, plasmafication. Our brain interprets this energy to move our muscles,like lightning forming within clouds and striking a specific spot Earth. When spirits send signals its in the form of electromagnetic information waves or thought waves aka matter waves in physics. Your brain Will process their energy which is consciousness the same way your consciousness sends energy through your the brain to control you body, emotions and ideas. Your brain just interprets this Energy In-formation into thoughts and ideas.

You have to open your mind. What ever comes to your mind even if it is wrong you must not deny it. Clear you mind and listen. This is the same was God communicates with us by sending telepathic thoughts and ideas. Even if you are wrong 95% keep doing and eventually you will see a decrease in that percentage every time you practice.
