How can you tell the difference between dilated eyes and how they look normally?

Are there any pictures of dilated eyes compared to normal eyes? I've found it's especially hard to distinguish this with brown eyes without completely staring.

Any ideas/pictures of how to distinguish dilated eyes and normal eyes from one another(preferbly brown eyes)?

Thanks!

  1. If you can see that the pupil  is very large in the light, it is dilated. Normally in light, the pupil contracts to restrict the amount of light that can enter, and therefore normally would appear very small.

  2. sit in a completely dark room for 10 to 15 minutes and look in a mirror. or get really high.

you just have to look for the pupil (the black part in case you dont know) to almost completely eclipse the colored part.
