  1. i dunno about chamelians, but on leopard gecko's if you turn them over and look between their hind legs females have mammory glands..i think there called mammory..any who that are bumps on both sides of what we would call an a**s..sorry i don't know all the technical terms..lol

  2. They're not mammary glands.  Mammary glands are what produce milk in mammals.  Reptiles do not produce milk, ergo no mammary glands.  They are called femoral pores.  Males in many lizard species tend to have much more prominent femoral pores than females do.  Again tho, without knowing what type of lizard you have, its impossible to tell you how to s*x them, let alone care for them. If you can link us to pictures, that would be great.  You need to find out what they are however, otherwise you can not care for them properly.

  3. The most important thing is for you to find out what kind of lizard you have. You cannot properly care of a lizard if you do not know what kind of lizard it is. If they are chams, I'm not familiar in sexing them but you probably will want to do some research on your own to find out exactly what you have and how to take care of it

  4. If you paid under $100 for them they are not true chameleons, but more likely "house chameleons" or anoles.  If they are skinny and either brown or green and no more than about 5 inches, then that's what you probably have.  If you see a red flap of skin extend from the neck (dewlap) you have a male, no dewlap it's female.
