How can you tell if a married man just considers you innocently his innocent work girlfriend versus him wanting something more than that, which is wrong?

What's wrong is someone dating a married man in the work place. if you feel that he is using you innocently(----hahaha ----) then you get what you deserve when he don't choose you over his wife. stupidity is seeing a married man. you should of known better.

what a joke, whoever made up that title?  a work girlfriend? and innocent? really, come on, honey how old are you??  you must be around 15 if you believe in such a thing.  

Girlfriend, don't even go there with him.  Let married men be that "married men"  because they will always be that and you will always be on the side, just investing your time and emotions on this Loser.
