He is a Boy , I'm a Girl so it's nothing like that ..

what it is , is I have liked him maybe loved him for SO long now and I don't know what to do ? i have to tell him because i'm going insane keeping it to myself !

Also he goes out with my mate a girl , its Very complicated ?

I would just tell him how you feel.

Life is too short to miss out on chance to be with someone with whom you care.

If he is indeed your good friend he will appreciate you talking to him.

Yes you should... my best friend told ME he had a crush on me ... I LAUGHED AT HIM SO HARD ... now we are married.......=)
