How can you tell your paranormal?

i can feel someone next to me then i get goosebumps and i turn around and nothings there im really freaked out not can anyone help me

Now if you get those chills as the door slams shut, disembodied voices call your name, an apparition materializes before you and the silverware all begins to float, that is a different story altogether...

I'm a medium. I can't tell you for sure if what you're experiencing is a spirit, because my senses are locked up tight today. All I'm hearing is the ringing in my head. lol But I can tell you how *I* experience the spirit world. You know that sense when your eyes are closed but you can still feel when someone's near you? They're not speaking or even breathing loud, they're not touching you, but you don't need to open your eyes to know they're there, cause you can feel them?? That feeling. It's that sensitive skin thing the other guy was talking about. It's exactly the same with spirits. Chances are you weren't alone. That's exactly what I started with, when I first began to see and hear spirits. You may also see shadows out the corner of your eye.

But don't be scared, because they can't hurt you. In fact, the only thing I DO get from what you told me is a very peaceful sense. Like someone was just standing there with you, watching you. It's likely a guide. Just think of it this way--they're people too. They just don't bodies anymore. They're not so scary when you remember they were people once.

I dont believe that you are paranormal. Everyone gets that feeling, and its a natural thing for the human body to act this way. Although they say babies, and animals can detect the paranormal.

I would put up some sort of surveillence where this keeps happening at. That way, you can know if there is something to it. Could just be an area of your house with a high EMF reading. They tend to make people feel anxious. They are caused by exposed power lines or certain appliances.

Maybe you are under stress about something and just assume something is near you when it isn't.

Goosebumps and shivers are created by the body when the muscles are needing to be warmed up.

So if you are in a cool area with a short sleeved shirt on, maybe a draft blew past you.

Go see where the air conditioning vent is placed. I'm sure you'll find the solution on your own without needing a psychic detective.

you could have a high emf around were you sit alot emf stands for elctro magnetic Field it means the anything man made and isn't shielded correctly could make you feel dizzy you could get the feeling of being watched and if your there for a while you could get a skin irritation you could feel depressed so i think that might be whats going on or i could be wrong and the goosebumps are probably cus your freaked out cus you feel someone next to you but no one is there

if u get a cold shiver down ur spine and u feel as if there is some sort of heat in back of u and your turn around and nothing is there? well u dont have to be paranormal, like i see ghosts all the time. (so i guess im good with spirits). what i think your dealing with is a poltergeist. they leave no mark but like to play around with stuff if you see stuff rumbling and shaking and if worst possible situation occurs stuff being levitated and thrown. this could be of a deceased spirit who is mad upset or just mislead. if u start to see stuff being levitated i would sell ur house if its in ur house that is.
