How can you test lithium batteries to see if they are still good?

I have a box full of lithium battiers and dont know which are good and which should be disposed of.

shove it in your mouth. if you feel a ting its good if not, the battery is dead.

If they are AA sized batteries, use a Volt-Ohm-Meter (you can get them at the hardware store). If the DC voltage is less than 1.3 volts, toss them.

If they are button sized batteries, use the same device, but toss the batteries if they are lower then 2.8 volts.
