How can you track cell phone user?

I need to get the name of the cell phone user. If I can find out the name then this will save my marriage. This is very important.

Man... come on the best and only way is.... if he has the same Network Operator as yours ya could contact the Customer Service and tell them his/her no. and they'll tell ya his/her name and that's it, if he has another Network Operator and ya dunno there ( The other Network's Operator's no.), ya could also contact your Network Operator '' Customer Service'' and they'll tell ya there dialing code and ya could also give them the no. and they'll tell ya his/her name ( As I've posted in the beginning).
