  1. That would largely depend on the sport.  Some do it through school, most track and field athletes start that way.  Gymnasts need to start when they're young and they join a gym.  Swimmers, pretty much does the same thing with swim clubs.  Most sports will require you to have almost full time coaching.  It is a rare talent that can coach oneself and make it to the Olympics.

  2. wat do u mean dummy...drink water and run

  3. Uhm well first you have to pick a sport and make it your life goal.

  4. Pick a sport and train for the next two/four years for the sport.

  5. Pick a sport do it in high school and college if you can hire a privite fitness coach who specilizes in the sport and an actual coach.

  6. pick one sport and train like your life depended on it...work work work

... make sure you like it though otherwise or it will be h**l.. remember you can accomplish anything if you have the will to work for it (like harder than everyone in the world in your case)

  7. Unfortunately, only a fraction of athletes ever make it to the olympics.  For many of the events, the athletes have been training as hard (and usually harder--many kids have to go to private tutoring or homeschooling to accommodate their training schedule) as advised amount in the previous posts--most of their lives.  I don't know how old you are, but if you're older than say ten, you need to research sports that people typically can do late into life and have record of many successful athletes that started training late.  Also, all the hard work in the world won't get you to the olympic level unless you have a lot of natural ability in your chosen sport.   I don't mean to dash your hopes, I just want to make sure you have a realistic view.

  8. wel you have to go to the place and ask them to in order to do that

  9. join a sports club, continue doing a sport you really enjoy, work hard and one day you may be good enough to be in the olympics

  10. i could win the olympics in skateboarding. but mom cannot pay for me to go there. i am kinda of a star at my mall. my buds all say so. i could be no. 1. not fair that i didn't get to compete.

it is all politics, mom says so.

  11. what sport?

  12. Work very hard in your studies and work hard to build your body to be able to make it in the Olympics.  Do research, change your lifestyle if you have bad eating habits or smoke.  Work out but don't do it unhealthy.  Good Luck.  >>  don't give up either.

  13. you have to be a world class athlete at what ever sport you do, if you like gymnastics you go to the most expensive gymnsastics school and work at it everyday, the chinese have kids go to these schools intead of elementery school, they still learn some schooling but spend half the day doing gymnastics too....

  14. you have to invest your life in it. you can't just simply love the sport and play. You 've gotta have a gift on the sport you play, nevermind you ugly face like sea puffer!, It is like you are a prostitute of your country. Remember when you can play sport just for your joy? And the most important thing- a very very good luck.  good night.

  15. Have your sport that your passionate about, w'ell say track is your specialality ((join a club)). you have to train morning noon and night pushing yourself to your limit and beyond. enter local compitetions perform your best winning as many comp's as you can or finish in good places, 2nd 3rd 4th... then go further by traveliing around your country competing, focus getting on your country's team and taking part in major comp's. then to get to the olympics you'l have to travel the world doing comp's and major comp's and winning again or finishing in good places again. then when you have enough wins or good results you will have qualified for the olympics then go for Gold!

only thing is it takes years to become the best and injury is always a threat so take care of your body. i didnt take care of mine and my olympic dreams are hanging on a thread.

    Good luck! xX
