well u could download a different web browser. most blocking software only block one browser so if u have safarie download firefox or internet explorer in if u have firefox or internet explorer download safarie. u can get it for windows for free at apple.com and if that doesnt work try using a proxy. its a site that lets u surf other sites.

go to a proxy website where you type in the address in their address bar and it spoofs the network blocks to think you are somewhere else.
